I believe the percentage of people in the UK with no will, power of attorney, never mind any estate planning, is exceptionally high, and I was no exception. It's just one of those things you put off and say to yourself, I must get round to it, but most of us never do.

Very happy now to have everything in place to ensure my wishes are carried forward. Jim's advice and recommendations were all taken on board and all implimented. I now have peace of mind that I know what will happen to my assets when the time comes.
