Deserves zero stars. If their work quality is anything like their marketing ethics, i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Relentless spammers using questionable marketing tactics (at best) no way to unsubscribe (that works) just spam spam spam.

Just had a phone call where they hung up rudely after several attempts to try and get me to sign up over an accident from a year ago. They were heavily pressuring saying 'if you don't, people will keep calling'. Even threatening. I did not consent to this call. Cheers first legal, you've got yourself fined with ICO.

Relentless spammers. Their name suggests they are connected with the legal profession, but in fact they appear to be totally unregulated. Unsubscribing doesn't work, so I have reported them to the ICO.

Ambulance chasing lawyers who cold call about long- resolved accidents and encourage you to claim for non-existent injuries. Dishonest, invasive sharks who ignore telephone preference legislation and, if successful, ultimately cause insurance premiums to rise for all drivers by their unethical mode of business.

We have had a very impressive service from Paul Hooton of First Legal Services. We had been chasing a substantial debt for in excess of 3 years, and initially sort the help of another Liverpool based debt recovery company, with no success. We instructed Paul approximately a month ago, and we received an email this morning confirming that the money had been paid!
Thank you very much for everything you have done, which must have been made more difficult in the current climate.....We cannot recommend you highly enough!

SPAM EMAILS DAILY - reported as this practice is illegal!
Breach of any rule under the PERC (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003) can result in hefty fines to the order of £5000.
The GDPR can impose fines that can be in excess of 20 million euros or 4% of the business's gross annual international income.

Spammers - I receive junk unsolicited junk e-mail from them daily. If they're this desperate for work I'd assume they're both incompetent and unscrupulous.
