The staff were excellent and sent out priority next day delivery because I needed the framed signed shirt urgently, they did this free of charge to help me and it was packaged so well to prevent it breaking! I love it and they display the football signed shirts so well! Thank you 🙏

Found Peter to be really unprofessional when communicating with him. Had heard rumours of letting clients down before, however my experience with Peter really put his company in a poor light. Incredibly disappointed, especially when the rest of the team had worked tirelessly to ensure my experience ran smoothly. Almost impossible to find the place, and then blamed me on his poor communication skills. Shame.

It's my second time buying with firma Stella. I had bought Zichenko signed Man City Street sign before and it was so nice and clean. I recently got 4 signed photos of Aubameyang, De ligt, V Valdes, and Ferran Torres. The photos were packed so nicely and it's above my expectations.
I have got 3 more signed photos comming next week. The shipping was quick, product were nice and resonable, and the customer care is so nice as well.

Great Service From Firma Stella, I Initally ordered a signed Chelsea Jersey, unfortuantely there was an admin error and the shirt was listed as for sale when it had already sold, at first i was dissapointed but Ben from Firmastella promptly let me know and arranged for me to chose another shirt that was of Equal or HIGHER Value, which i did and could not be happier with my Signed Ben stokes world cup winner jersey, Ben was really quick to sort out the issues so overall great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Very happy with this company. Quick shipping times and delivery, even to the US. Good prices on signed memorabilia. I have ordered from them twice. There was an issue with my first order where the item I bought could not be found, but they quickly emailed me and even upgraded my order to an item that was much more expensive than what I originally purchased. I would highly recommend buying from this company if you want signed football merchandise!
