Be very wary of this crowd:
- Contract will auto renew every year with no communication whatsoever.
- They use underhand and unethical tactics to keep you from ending your contract as detailed below:

Their terms state:
‘You can terminate the contract by giving at least 6 months, and not more than 7 months written notice’. Absolute nonsense.

So basically you have a 30 day period at the furthest away point from the contract date possible to cancel the contract.
Giving notice before 6 months is ‘too early’ to give notice and giving notice after 7 months is ‘too late’ to give notice.

It doesn’t take a genius to work out that this is purposely done so that it’s the furthest thing from the customers’ mind, and the likelihood is that they will forget and effectively be tied in for another year.

I gave them 12 months written notice (not knowing the terms) and there was no response, at the very least to explain that it was ‘too early’ to give notice.

You have been warned.

Libby was very helpful in securing a competitive price and then booking us for the engineer. The engineer was very thorough even returned the next day as 1 extinguisher had been missed. A good start to our new contract.

Zero stars I'm afraid. Having been stung last year we tried to get out of the contract but hadn't given enough notice (even though we verbally told them 1 year ago) so had a service this year, requesting just the basic service. At no point during the service were we asked / told that top ups etc were needed and the digital form we were asked to sign at the end we were told it was just for the service. The invoice has arrived with extra charges none of which we authorised. Contract is now terminated. They give a great service for the 1st year...then excessive costs thereafter. Gladly will never deal with them again.

We can say the firm as a whole is very accommodating, knowledgeable and also very competitive in their pricing.

We are glad to have entered into an agreement with Fire Services Central Limited, who now manage all of our services from maintenance, servicing and installation.

This is a terrible company - avoid them at all cost. They resort to old-fashioned aggression to extract as much money as they can from you. When you ask for copies of contracts the staff become rude and hostile. They charge extortionate amounts of money for work they haven't even carried out - they charged us about £400 for work that should have cost £40. Stay away from them.
