Fire Protection Services NW Ltd. provided an absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. They recently installed a new fire alarm system and replaced all the fire extinguishers throughout my business premises. Dean was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polite, making the entire process seamless. A special mention goes to Keeley in the office, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with—so helpful and efficient. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and their exceptional customer service. We had this company to carry out a fire risk assessment on 2 care homes one a 14 bed and 1 24 bed the assessment was carried out in 30 mins in 1 and 40 mins in the other, when questioned I was told that the assessment took 45 mins on the premises of the 14 bed, I was there myself and have cctv showing him arrive and leave which was 30 mins
I do not believe that you can complete a thorough assessment in that time so raised a complaint which was closed by Andy, I was still not happy to pay over £900 so objected again and told them I will contact another company to carry out the assessments they have just threatened me with a debt collection agency if I don’t pay the invoice

When the engineers come out to the practice, they are super friendly but still professional, they always make time to have a general chat with the team here and they always have a smile on their faces. Great service, honest pricing. They serviced my extinguishers last year after another company tried to rip me off. This year they also serviced my alarms and extinguishers. They reminded me that they were due, arrived at a convenient time and carried out all the work professionally.
