Poor communication. Lost more than half of the comp offered due to them not returning calls to talk through everything! Taken since September to even get where we are! Been really let down by FDM and would not recommend to anyone else!

Below one star. I had to put 1 star to leave a comment. A truly rude and i feel dodgy company who take it upon themselves to decide .. what is and what isn't of interest to them.. you cannot pick and choose particularly why my claim is 100% a legal right of no moral impact. So therefore this firm have a conflicting interest I.e. in their pocket for monetary reward?

I came across FDM on tiktok they were no help at all asked to send photos and videos was on the phone for over an hour saying yes this is a serious case then emailed me to say case closed and now they are ringing and texting me constantly

Mike was incredibly efficient in assisting me with my housing disrepair issue & pairing me with a really good housing solicitor, making the process quick and straightforward.
