Since I have been attending Hannah's classes, I have not felt the need to see a physio in such a long time. She is clear, knowledgeable and always gives alternatives in case of any issues. Studio classes were small and friendly and gave enough attention to each participant. Online lessons during lockdown have definitely saved me from a mobility and mental health point of view. They have been varied but also follow a theme so I have been able to choose the most appropriate and do them at a time that suits me. All the teachers are wonderfully knowledgeable and flexible in their approach. I would definitely recommend! Thank you for helping keep me sane!

I have been attending Hannah’s classes for almost 2 years and feel a real difference in my body. My core is much stronger and my posture is better. Hannah teaches with great clarity, gentle encouragement and a sense of fun, I leave each session feeling calmer and happier than before.

Hannah's one to one sessions were so useful to me when I had an injury. She took time to understand my problem and I felt as if she really understood my needs with the exercises she did with me. I would definitely recommend.
