Went to this company 2 years ago regarding a fall i’d had. I spoke to the solicitor who was happy to take on my case and I then didn’t hear anything for weeks so I called for an update his secretary told me he was on holiday when he got back and after several more phone calls he said his secretary didn’t inform him that I’d called. Extremely unprofessional. I continued to wait he then said I needed a zoom call with a barrister, I spoke to them without any prep from him after the zoom call he said he needed to speak to the barrister and for me to disconnect. I received a letter over a week later saying I’d said on the zoom call that I hadn’t fallen so they could no longer represent me, this wasn’t true why would I say I hadn’t fallen when I did!!! I had said I wasn’t 100% sure what I’d fallen on! I contacted them but didn’t hear anything more from them. Complete waste of everyone’s time, avoid.

Popped in the chat for free legal, just to be told I don't live very close to one of their offices (Lancashire).
I'm in Yorkshire.
Surely free legal advice can be done via phone call or email.
Even though I'd be happy to drive one hour if that's the only option.
The irony of a legal company doing false advertising.

I can't fault these at all. My issues are with the buyers solicitors. Andrea Edwards has been amazing throughout! The sale still has not gone through due to the other solicitors incompetence. Andrea has gone above and beyond to help me throughout this issue. Highly recommend her. ? I didn't need to nag as they say you do with solicitors. Anything I asked she had either done or was on with.
