I recently used this Mediation service and they were absolutely fantastic, very quick and responsive and never failed to make you aware what was happening and when, the mediator that dealt with me and my ex partner regarding contact to our child was Carol Harte and she was absolutely superb, very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend this service and especially Carol if you get the chance! Within one session carol helped me and my ex partner come to an agreement and resolved our issues without any thought of going further down the court route! Again fantastic team HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Quite a disappointing and bizarre experience with this service. As per their request for me to call them (my first dealings) there was no welcome message, no name given - just what sounded like a disgruntled 'hello?'. Having explained who I was and why I was calling (an introduction) the lady immediately asked if I were to agree to mediation or not. Very straight to the point. Where was the 'thanks for calling us'? Where was their explanation on matters? Where was the sensitivity needed for such issues? After providing my answer, I've never known a person who then wished to put the phone down in such haste. Perhaps I called at the wrong time? If this is their form of communication I dread to think how skilful they are at mediation...
