Easy to book, easy to find. Was welcomed. Punctual, had ample time in the session. Fabulous caring advice and guidance. Helped me to see things clearly by taking the emotion out. Lovely offices, ample parking but please be mindful to pay for parking! Highly recommend.

I was very nervous about my first initial interview with the mediation services,not knowing what to expect or having knowledge of how exactly mediation works.
But all my worries and concerns were soon settled when upon entering the meeting via video link I was greeted by a lovely lady named Lorraine with whom I was able to talk both confidently with and felt immediately at ease when the discussion was explained and discussed in a very clear and helpful manner in understanding how meditation would be the most effective way forward in hopefully reaching a successful conclusion in regard to resolving my ongoing financial settlement.
