This is the first EPC I have done for maybe 12 years so not very experienced however I was highly impressed how quickly this all happened. Enquiried, surveyed, paid and issued new certificate/posted to Gov website in less than 24 hours. Josie who did the survey was communicative, thorough, polite and very helpful when I had some questions. Instead of driving away and calling me back she got the answers she needed, knocked on my door again to clear the issue up, did a bit more survey work and that was it. So much more convenient and efficient than having to arrange another visit. Cost-wise the same as another quote I had.

I was in need of an EPC certificate due to selling my house. The service I received has been nothing short of fantastic.
