Steve Evans and his team were absolutely wonderful. When I first approached Fairweathers 4 years ago, Steve was, honest, transparent and explained the process. We felt that they totally supported our claim throughout, showing a huge amount of empathy and understanding during such a difficult and upsetting time. Steve was always thoughtful and honest in the nicest way possible. The team did a huge amount of work keeping us informed throughout with their thoughts and honest opinions, not once did they suggest that we retract our claim, always supporting our beliefs. Finally 4 years later the battle has ended and they helped us to win our claim. This of course will not bring my Dad back but proves a principal that he should never have passed when he did, in the way that he did. As a family we feel now that we can move on (though never forget) and this is because of the help that Steve Evans and his team gave us. We would highly recommend their services and thank them for all their support over the past 4 years.
