In October 2016 my Wife and I were delayed on our return trip from Germany using KLM. We were transferred to a much later flight. We were give all sorts of reasons and fought the case on our return to no avail.
Fairplane took our case on board and found out that the flight had been overbooked. They won our case and in August 2017 we received £142.00.

Do not recommend my flight was cancelled and they tried to tell me the airline was not accepting responsibility this went on for 12 months with minimal updates. It was extremely hard to try and get a response of the company. I finally decided to go with a different company and the result was solved straight away.

Took for ever and fairplane took a huge cut, but my wife and I receive a total of £260. 2005 a 4 day break to Spain cut to 3 by a French Air Traffic control strike. At the time I didn't think to claim as it seemed to be "circumstances beyond easyjet's control" but Fairplane got some cash eventually. Happy!

Shady Company!

They send me a bill with a cancelation fee as high as the maximum they charge, if they wouldve gotten me my money back.

So now they want 56€ with basicly no service.
