I am so so disappointed with the service they have provided so far. They were happy to take my money but their communication is non existent. There have been several key dates in the case that I have recieved no feed back from. It takes me to contact them to ask for updates to be told the person dealing with your case will be in touch but the case is schedule and progressing nicely.
My experience with solicitors is very limited but I now wish I'd have asked someone to take on my case.

Appeared pleasant and competent enough at the beginning. Documentation was a bit old fashioned and there was no portal to see progress, but appeared to get things done in a reasonable time. Then at some point communication just dropped through the floor, wouldn't answer emails or the phone then didn't explain when suddenly started communicating again. Didn't communicate with the rest of the chain and found ourselves having to do this for them. Found ourselves chasing every step and was very frustrated, was told we could have lost the sale at points because of this. Would recommend they seriously consider sorting out their communication which is a shame as they were very nice.
