I used this particular solicitor company for the sale of my property in Haverhill. This was not the smoothest of sales due to the buyers solicitor being completely incompetent and extremely slow in responding to any communication. I am 100% sure that If I did not instruct these particular solicitors Louise and Emma that the sale of my house would not have proceeded and I would have removed it from the market. Selling a house is extremely Stressful at the best of times however Louise especially made this very easy for me, she was pretty much always contactable by either email or phone. Emma at Fairhurst Menuhin solicitors acted for my husband & I on the sale of our "old" house and the purchase of our new home.
Emma was very professional, always kind, helpful and considerate. At stressful times for us, Emma kept calm which kept us calm.
It was a lengthy process on our purchase due to it being a new-build - 6 months from paying our deposit to our moving in day - but Emma was there every step of the way, gently guiding us in the right direction.

There were tough times when our completion date changed from 3 months to 6 months, but she was always positive and insisted everything would happen eventually.
