Max in particular was so rude and condescending to me as the buyer. Lied about timelines/deadlines to put me under pressure (which I might have understood if I was causing a delay) which I found out after being in direct contact with the seller who said that his assertions weren't true/had not come from them. I know you want to make a sale but you can do that with integrity and honesty with the same outcome. I will never use them again while Max is there.
