Ellie Constantinou in particular, was empathetic but professional. She had good knowledge, showed competency throughout in dealing with our property leasing matter and was brilliant at communication, keeping us well informed and updated when necessary. Their costs reasonable too.

I can't recommend Luke Canavan and Nikita Mehta highly enough.  They were so professional and clearly care about their clients.  They knew their stuff - the buyer's solicitor wasn't that great, and luckily Luke was on hand to steer the ship.  They came back immediately to all queries.  Luke at one point even rang me to go through line by line, documents I was struggling to complete.  Selling a property is really stressful, but I can honestly say that it made it a lot less so by having Luke and Nikita looking after things.  Thanks so much.

When my offer for my flat was accepted, I was given a list of solicitors and I promptly wrote them all an email to ask about next steps, what the process would be and what their charges would be. Luke from Fahri was the first to respond and put me to ease right away to say he was available at any time to speak and explained in great transparency and clarity the fee structure.

This professionalism, promptness in responding to my questions (many stupid questions as this was my first time buying a home) and clarity of communication was borne out through the process and we managed to close the sale in a very efficient and timely manner.

I cannot recommend Fahri and especially Luke enough and the fee that they charge you albeit slightly higher is worth every penny and you will not regret it. When one is dealing with a large ticket purchase like this, the consideration should be larger than the saving of a few hundred pounds as they have your back every step of the way.
