Very disappointed with this garage. After having a foreign object hitting my car it had to be taken in and fixed. They were very nice and understanding at the beginning, took them about 3 weeks to fix my car and it was then returned to me. Also was given a courtesy car by them. After having it returned I noticed there was some issues with it, with them repairing it. One being that they had given me an odd headlight. They didn’t even match. Some other problems with the paint work and the wing not lining up properly. After then speaking to them and booking it in for them to re asses it. 2 weeks later they then come and take it to be looked at after discussing it over the phone to them. It then took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix the problems that they had made. Even after them booking it in to be looked at, them knowing that we weren’t happy with it, they took the piss and took a while to fix it, saying it was the parts taking ages to be delivered, when they could have pre ordered them to be delivered as they knew the car was coming back. Who ever signed it off in the first place must have been blind!!

My car went in with this garage due to being in a accident on the a14 of something coming off a lorry and hitting through my sump damaging the engine. At first I was impressed with the company kept me updated and collected the car quickly. Then things all changed after a month they didn't fix the car saying it was engine failure and not something off the road in my opinion just a way of getting out of not fixing it. They liased with me to bring the car back and I was disgusted with the condition of my car when it come back hand prints and other mess of some sort all over the car. And the interior was something else I had some premium floor mats all fixed down with velcro and fixing kits which took some time and effort to install this was all torn up and thrown on the back seat along with other interior trims unbolted and thrown on the footwell or back seats. I contacted them after the delivery driver left expecting some answers and they couldn't get me any answers didn't even give me an apology. Now I honestly can't understand what buisness they had to tear up all my floor mats and toss them on the rear seats or to thrown interior trims all over the place as they was only to work on the engine. To me it feels they thought we aint fixing it sod this just throw stuff anywhere and get the car out the door. I am well and truly disgusted and I dread to think what else they have done with my car why its been with them. And as for the bottom parts of the engine thats not been bolted back together thats just been thrown in the boot leaving the engine now exposed to open air and rain. This company is a shambles I highly refrain anyone from letting them touch your car.

Completely dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Did an estimate for me returned the car with a completly empty tank. Its only 30 miles to the garage so who knows what they were doing with it when it was in their possession. Either drained the tank or were out joy riding. Also light was further damaged on its return. Only a crack when I gave it to them but returned with the lense completly off making it illegal to drive on the road.

Really great service. Fitted my body work in over new year so I would have something to drive to new job with no public transport and then did the work beautifully. And they serviced my brakes, for a reasonable price, while it was in. Driving home was like driving a new car! Really pleased and highly recommend.

I have just had my vehicle returned after bodywork repairs to both nearside front and rear doors and the car looks as good as new, an excellent job! The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly when dropping off and collecting the courtesy car and returning my vehicle after repairs had been done. I would be more than happy to use Factory Lane Autos again for body repair work.

I am sorry to have to say that although my car was fixed, the actual people lacked customer service , on one occasion I spoke to a lady who was rude at best, they said it would be a week until the assor would be able to look at it for a week so why take my car in a whole week early. I was given an automatic but was 20 years old and was noisy smelly and the power stierring was poor I would not recommend this garage for personal customer care
