Had an awful experience with this firm - in particular Mr Wade. I felt pressured and bullied to release personal information linked to my late father (which I had no obligation to), who suffered enormously, only to be told after releasing this information I was 'wasting their time' and 'find out and pay myself' when I asked for a simple explanation of the consequences of their request. I am still grieving and frankly this experience was disgraceful. Highly recommend to avoid.
