Our daughter, unfortunately, is in the secure mental health system and had to be transported on two occasions by your staff, the same staff attended on both jobs. Today, 31/8/23, it was from Swallownest Court to Waterloo Manor. The staff have always treated my daughter kindly, fairly and with respect. We have met this team during the first time you transported her and they were very helpful, friendly and chatty with us. We are full of praise and thanks to these staff, keep up the excellent work and again thanks.

Really exceptional and professional service received from todays transport of a patient. Really professional and efficient team. Very well organised and remained very friendly towards young person we were transferring. Felt incredibly safe and comfortable with the staff. Special thanks to Jo, Liam and Phil. Apologies as I forgot the fourth persons name. However, they were all very professional and a well experienced team.
