I would run away from this agency .. their lawyers work against you as a client by withholding releasing funds until the DS1 is signed from the bank although it's irrelevant . No sense of customer service and communication is really bad. They never update you and they about your status their app is just to say we have an app.

I would not recommend working with them.

We bought our first house in July this year with the help of Evolve Law. We had a very limited time window to complete our house purchase as were relocating from a different city and were going to start our new jobs.

I must say that Evolve Law were outstanding with their services especially a very quick turnaround for their searches etc. The whole process was completed within 4 weeks and we had the keys to our first house much earlier than our expectation.

They have a online portal where you can actually see the progress of the transaction as every update was shared in a timely manner including the upload of relevant document, so throughout our purchase we did not have to call them once for the progress or the status etc as everything was there on their portal. So based on our experience I would highly recommend their services for sale purchase of house.

I recently used Evolve for the sale of my first home and purchase of a second. The process was easy and help always at hand if I had questions on the conveyancing process. The web based portal and app were easy to use and made the management of all the documentation easy to access. I would most certainly look to use Evolve again if moving into the local area again.
