Very sceptical at first. solicitors i had previously contacted wanted triple the fixed fee these guys charge, plus any extras.

Ellie Walker has been fantastic. It's very difficult to be a situation where you are trying to get renters out of a house that you own on the other side of the world to where you live. However, Ellie has been great and kept me updated all the way. Chances are we shall require her services again in the near future as the renters are still not doing what they have promised to do since the section 8 was issued. Thank you, Ellie.

It's hard to give 3 stars as it had to come to writing bad reviews and complaints for them to refund me, I believe in the end I got my money back after a lot of time had been wasted and services that were not possible in my case were sold to me. Jon Spinks had revised the case and was fair and helpful.

I’m changing my review because of what transpired following the lawful eviction of a parasitic sibling from the family home. Eviction Support Group were selected to help with the eviction of an excluded occupier - a sibling who has lived off his parents, never worked or paid any rent or contributed towards any bills his whole life (despite claiming benefits). The sibling was found to be abusing and neglecting his father who decided he no longer wanted his son living with him. Eviction Support Group successfully carried out the eviction, but delayed providing me with the keys, long enough for my sibling to break back into the property and Change the locks again. During this time, the owner of the property was pressured by his son to let him stay in the property. Eviction Support Group charged almost £2K for what turn out to be a complete waste of time and money as my father and I are now back at square one but with depleted funds. Won’t be using this company again.

Eviction Support Group are a professional and reliable specialist company who will get the job done and help provide sound advice during a stressful time you may be going through as a landlord if things have reached the eviction stage with your tenant. Matthew Heighway in particular is a top agent and can’t thank him for the help he gave me. Unfortunately I was hit with a large unexpected charge of changing locks to my property which was not fully communicated to me beforehand and on the day despite me paying for the fully managed service including the attendance of a locksmith.
