We had a very stressful process of getting to exchange due to a long and difficult chain. Both Charlotte and Ella-Marie have been absolutely amazing in ensuring we are kept up to date, being available to answer emails and calls straight away, and being understanding of our needs and sympathetic of the factors that slowed the process down (outside of ours or Everys control!).

Charlotte moved our purchase along swiftly from the get go and we were really impressed with how knowledgeable Charlotte is; she made sure we were quickly advised on any queries we had.
