I’ve been attending their private Pilates classes, and I highly recommend them! In just 6 to 8 weeks, I’ve seen fantastic improvements in my posture. I no longer experience any back pain too. The instructors are really amazing, everyone of them has their own way to teach and the combination of all gives you a great understanding of classic pilates.
The sessions are reduced numbers (4 people in tower and chairs, 3 in reformer and 9 in mat classes) that gives the instructor the opportunity to correct and perfect your position and make sure you are doing your exercises properly.
I have been attending for over a year now and my back problems are resolved. No needs for phisio anymore.

Very friendly Pilates Studio with knowledgeable and helpful instructors.

The studio is well equipped with reformers, towers, boxes and mats with classes to suit every level.

Class sizes are kept small enough to ensure that you get excellent tuition and they're happy to help If you don't quite get it.

I've just started going to beginner Reformer classes to help manage some lower back pain. I need to strengthen my core and loosen off my tight hamstrings and hip flexors - After just 3 sessions i can already feel this making a difference.

Pilates is such a fantastic way to strengthen your body. I highly recommend their reformer and tower classes.

I am a temporary visitor , and signed up at the studio for an unlimited month on the reformer and the tower. I have done Pilates before , as well as a lot of yoga. I am now at the end of that month, and after 4 sessions a week, I feel really good. I am 69 , and a former health practitioner, and have had a number of ambulatory injuries in the past couple of years. I am really pleased with the results , as I feel that Pilates is the best modality I have ever practised to achieve wonderful physical health . It really addresses the holy trine .....flexibility, strength, and endurance. When I did the maths on signing up, I could not believe the value for money. If you want great physical improvement, I can guarantee that one unlimited month will really change the way you feel. Many thanks to the instructors , you are all excellent.

I've been to four mat classes and I am very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the instructors. The classes are small which means we get personal attention to ensure the exercises are being done properly. I'm already feeling the benefits and wish I'd started Pilates years ago!

I was looking for a Pilates class due to back issues and needing to improve my core and balance.
I have been so impressed with Everybody Pilates. The team there are committed to helping you learn, progress and achieving your best.
And because it’s bespoke small classes they can ensure you are getting your position right and focus on individuals needs.
I normally do the Matwork class but I have also done the odd Tower and Reformedr class. I would definitely recommend Everybody Pilates at Locks Heath.

A little while ago I hurt my back and got sciatica as a result - which was rubbish. I've seen Julian here a few times and for first time I feel like I've stretched the pain away and it's so much better.

I'm really into cycling, running and martial arts and what I really like is that Julian has a sporting (professional football) background and knows how I feel so he's really good at pushing me in a way I can relate to.

He's done what the sports therapist and chiropractor couldnt do for me, in a fraction of the time.

The studio has a really welcoming and friendly vibe, as well as a wide range of knowledge and skill. I couldn't recommend the team more highly

A great studio, review updated 5th Aug 2020 since reopening Angie and Caroline have done a fantastic job making the studio safe and welcoming. With their experience they still deliver fantastic tuition with no touch. Gaps between classes and extra cleaning. Thoroughly recommend.
