I would high recommend. Grace was brilliant. We had some issues with the top of the chain putting us under significant amount of pressure to complete, so we were forced to keep ringing Grace, who was calm, patient, professional. Would highly recommend.

My only critique (if there had to be one, and not of Grace) would be that there could be some better management of expectations over completion dates / advise from the firm not to communicate any dates to the rest of the chain even if we were discussing potential dates amongst ourselves. We were given some "working towards" dates that became unachievable. Part of the issue with the top of the chain was that when these dates were not met, this is when they started panicking.

Nevertheless, this does not take away from the 5* review and I will be coming back if we ever (goodness forbid) move house again!

Absolutely atrocious service which resulted in our sale falling through. Delays upon delays, emails remaining not responded to, rudeness when called (how dare we bother them when they are busy!). Our searches were completed quickly but nothing happened afterwards. Inquiries we raised weren't sent to the sellers' solicitors for months while we were told that there had been no response yet. As FTB we didn't realize what was happening until things kept getting delayed and delayed.

The legal advice was also wrong. Eve misread a legal document and WE had to correct her. That is when she could be bothered to look at it. I absolutely don't believe the 5* reviews are genuine. Please avoid if you want professional service. Worst mistake of our lives resulting in 10s of thousands of losses.

Nice enough people working there but the lack of communication was atrocious. It constantly felt like I had to push for my house sale to be sorted because there was so little confirmation of what had or hadn't been done. I was asked repeatedly for the same bits of information that I had already sent. The frustrating part is that if I had been told what was going on, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. The buying and selling of houses is recognised as an extremely stressful process. So much of that stress would have been removed if regular updates had been provided and if I hadn't had to follow up calls with emails just to get some confirmation about my queries. I didn't appreciate being told that processes were going ahead on one day, to find out a few days later that they still hadn't gone through (demonstrated by only verifying details after the fact). On top of that, "FYI" is an unprofessional phrase, especially when in response to a perfectly reasonable query which had already not been responded to for 2 weeks.

Great team, effective communication, helped me a lot with my purchase especially when the seller’s solicitor was horribly slow and difficult.
