Cannot recommend Essex & Suffolk Pest Solutions more highly. Their representative came to site a number of time, did a detailed survey and offered solutions. Explaining each step and imparting their extensive knowledge in a very understandable way. The Pest situation has been mitigated, future options discussed and we intend to have ESPS back in the spring should the situation change.

I contacted two other pest control businesses before speaking to Julie at Essex and Suffolk Pest Solutions. The other companies were rude and quite dismissive however, Julie immediately reassured me that having rats nesting under the shed was not uncommon and could be solved ( my fault for leaving out bird seed). Once I had accepted the terms and conditions Steve appeared quickly with traps, advice and a load of information. I learned a lot and was so impressed by the way everything was handled. Within 3 visits the rodents had moved on as confirmed by Steve and I was free to make repairs. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for their seamless, professional and calm approach. Had to contact E&SPC again in August 2024 as my enthusiastic cat brought a juvenile rat in which took up residence under my kitchen cupboards. Not a nice experience but the ever efficient technician, Josh, visited. After inspecting the kitchen and moving all white goods and checking the garden shed again he put down traps and poison. The little rodent had a cheeky nibble of the fridge/freezer wires so new one ordered on Josh’s advice. After a nerve wracking 2 weeks he came back and the corpses were removed - the juvenile wasn’t that little and had enjoyed shredding my cushioned vinyl. Shed now resembles a chicken wired fortress and all gaps in kitchen filled with steel wire wool! An amazing, efficient company - I’ll know who to call in the future - not too often I hope! Happy again in Felixstowe, Suffolk.

I had rats in the drains which had made their way up the toilet waste pipe , chewing through the plastic soil pipe . Very stressful !
This company dealt with my stress promptly and with reassurance . Steve made 3 visits to sort the problem . Efficient , caring and prompt , can’t rate high enough !

We had a problem with squirrels in the loft in our house in Woodbridge and Essex& Suffolk Pest Solutions cam and found what the problem was removed and advised what to do in future to avoid further problems. First class well recommended.

We had an infestation with flies during this recent hot weather, the team were really helpful and Nick gave me really good advice , it transpired a pigeon had fallen down the chimney high up on a ledge, after much cleaning out and after a few days the flies dissipated as he said they would. It was really awful dealing with this situation and he gave me such support and I felt confident I could tackle this problem as it took me 4 days to tackle i. Thank you so much guys for your support and advice, definitely use your services and would recommend everyone to contact, great quick response and very friendly team. Couldn’t have asked for more and great as I live in the area.

We had an issue with rats across our back gardens in Higham Suffolk. The team at Essex and Suffolk Pest Solutions were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They resolved the issue speedily for us and were very professional, also reasonably priced too.

Rude. After 5 visits, yes 5! We still have a problem. I called up again as we heard noises in our loft, I raised (politely) my concerns that this would be the sixth visit and they still haven’t found how the rogue rat is getting in or coming from. This is the third rat that has found its way into our loft (terrace houses). Well Nick the “tech manager” did not “appreciate my criticism” and “if I don’t trust them go somewhere else” and “I’ll need to spend money to fix the problem” considering between two houses they’ve had OVER £500 my question was frankly valid. I’m not talking infestation here a singluar rogue rat keeps finding its way in. All they’ve done is put traps down and caught/killed each time but hasn’t actually resolved the issue. I am 7months pregnant with a toddler at home they are full away of my situation and stress. Some difficult conversations and empathy training needed maybe. Didn’t help we had a different attendee all the time and had to start from scratch. Will not be using again. Oddly they also refused to go into our loft where we are hearing the noises 🤦‍♀️
