Have now made 4 calls to the Chandlers Ford branch over several days. Looking to instruct them for conveyance. Have been promised call backs to get a quote. Have received nothing. No customer service, avoid at all costs. Have now instructed another firm that seem to be efficient

Avoid the Conveyancing Team of Eric Robinson Solicitors in Chandlers Ford, if you possibly can. I chose them over an internet-based conveyancer, because I thought it would be useful to have local access. But I found them to be uncommunicative and extremely slow in the relatively simple conveyancing of a small terraced house in Eastleigh.
I have a further 3 properties to sell in the next few months, and I have this particular company tagged as a definite "Don't Buy" rather than a "Best Buy".

Really pleased I chose to work Eric Robinson on the sale of my property - we've just completed in pretty much record time (eight weeks) and it was mainly down to my excellent solicitors Katie and Abigail - they were super efficient, turned things around quickly and their communications were excellent (I was hearing from them pretty much every day which was great).
