I was a first time buyer with no idea how to proceed. I was amazed with the service from both Barinder and Nikita.

I was always kept in the loop of what proved to be a tricky buy. The service was kept simple and understandable. Everything was made so straight forward for me thankfully.

There were a few hiccups but the were not the fault of Equitas, it was the other side, but Barinder was an absolute star in this process and is a true asset to the company. Thank you

Another zero star. Treated us like we were stupid. Like we were not paying. Cost extortionate prices anyway!!! Zaida was extremely rude…. I would stay away as people are usually here in daunting stressful situations. These so called professionals make life extremely difficult, sit on the case until it’s too late ☹️

This is the second occasion we have used Equitas Law for conveyancing transactions, they are extremely competitively priced and also very efficient. Barinder provided an excellent service, always being proactive, to ensure matters were dealt with speedily and accurately. I have been dealing with Equitas Law for last 2 years. I am very happy with their responses, knowledge and detailing required for each case.
On one occasion, I was stuck with council and wanted some matter to be handled urgently as very high priority. I was amazed to see the speed and efficiency of how Zaida Patel handled the case and got it all done. Very impressive.
