I cant give a zero so a 1 it gets. The staff team I work for went on one of their course, as stated by Sebastian in the earlier comments 'Unfortunately we still in a world where inequality and intolerance persists'. I felt the course tutor did nothing to improve relations, negative, and inflammatory. I would not be attending any further courses if it was mandatory or not.
