I think this company may be a scam company.
This morning I had a text message from this company saying that I had to pay them £10. just out of curiosity I rang them and I was immediately asked to give my date of birth, name and address. I'm sure that would have been swiftly followed by my bank card details. I said to them what actually is this company? and then they asked for the reference number in my name and then they couldn't find any details about me. They then said very swiftly that in fact it must be in a wrong number and ended the phone call very quickly. However I have this text message to prove that this occurred. I can't help wondering whether, if I had given them all of my details, they would have found me on their database and then had all of my details with which to do whatever they wished.
The whole thing seemed very fishy to me and gave me no assurances that this was a genuine mistake. I actually think that when somebody rings them up they should have first asked them for a reference number and then ask them for all of their personal details!

Can't complain about this company unfortunately iv been left in a condition that's put me out of work for 6 to 12 months and on speaking to EOS
They have been easy to work with offering me a very low payment plan which I'm happy with and also offering me a 6 month plan on which they can freeze my account if I struggle with the new plan

Definitely fake reviews on here. Rebecca who called had a disgusting attitude and persisted on making threats which included “you best find a good solicitor” and “it’s going to cost you a lot when we get a solicitor involved” and went on about how expensive it could be as if I was poor? Absolute joke of a company and their staff.
