Don’t rely on Enterprise if you have a train to catch. We phoned to reserve a taxi (from Aylsham to Norwich Train Station) at 00.34am and were told it was confirmed. When the taxi didn’t show up at 10.15am, we phoned to check and they said they had no booking under my name or phone number. They were able to send a taxi by 10.45am but this meant we missed our train and had to pay £125 for new tickets.

Huge thanks to the lovely Brunna for driving me and my sister-in-law safely home from Aylsham to Norwich last week. This was my first time using Enterprise, but if this is the standard of your drivers I will definitely be using you again. Not only was Brunna a very safe driver, she was also lovely and friendly too. Hope to have her as a driver again. She is a credit to your company.

The man answered the his attitude is appalling. He speaks to people so rudely. So many other firms battling for business the least he could do is answer the phone politely and correctly as representative of the firm.
People calling from the hospital need empathy and a ride home not a smart ass prat.
The driver on the other hand has always been all you would ask from a taxi driver. Nice, polite and safe.

Dependable and affordable and reliable. I have used Enterprise for 14 years, for short and distance journeys. I am now a wheelchair user and the drivers are caring and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. They are more affordable than other local taxi services.

First of all my driver was 13 MINUTES late !! I an under the age 18 making me a minor so TELL ME WHY I GET CHARGED WITH A PRICE OF 26 POUNDS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE HOW CAN THIS BE NORMALISED THE JOURNEY WAS ONLY 9 MINUTES NOT EVEN 10 AND THE DRIVER IS WAS LATE !!!!GUYS THIS IS A SCAM DON’T WASTE YOU MOMEY ON THIS SHAM ITS NOT WORTH IT I AM STILL AM DEMANDING REFUND
