Rude people. Had a telephone conversation regarding a new case and was told I would hear back from someone, I followed up after a week and was told that someone would email me during the week, I received an email this evening and responded and got a rude and dismissive one back from someone called Rory. No idea what the blokes problem is but I can see why there's so many terrible reviews for them. Thanks for nothing

Wish I'd read the reviews before I bothered to contact them about a potential case.

I sent them a very concise summary of the facts and then we arranged to talk on the phone.

I couldn't make the telephone appointment I asked to rearrange. At this point I was sent an email by a trainee solicitor who stated I was unlikely to have a case.

Very odd considering I'd only sent them a few lines of summary and another firm said I likely would have a case. Obviously even this wasn't read properly or understood.

Further emails from a 'solicitor' quite unprofessional too including sentences ending '..........' as an apparent form of professional expression / communication.

Happy not to take up anymore of my time with them and thankfully I cancelled the appointment.

Rory Smith, solicitor is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fair. He is also very communicative and doesn't charge for every minute talking, as per other solicitors. He will advise according to the law and realistic goals and aims. He won't sugar-coat just to get $$. But time is money so he gets straight to the point, again a rare quality in the legal world.

I was shocked to read some other reviews as Rory and his team, have not reflected those opinions at all.

I have to echo the review from Mark Jones about their lack of morals.
Don’t get involved with this firm.
I had to abort their representation mid-hearing as they had their own agenda and I felt utterly and completely misrepresented.
