Stuart the principal clearly knows his business and is an absolute expert. Unfortunately though I think he loses sight of who the customer is and in my opinion has a very direct and almost confrontational manner which I have to say brings the worst out in me. Following a bumpy road with Stuart throughout I am now completing a 2 year building project and one the EPC's has wrong address on it (mainly a post code error) and I need correction made so buyer can complete. Rather than just say yes i'll get right onto it for you, I am told 'this is a lot of hassle and I cannot say how long it will take to resolve' - no acknowledgement of my position or even a tiny apology whatsoever that the wrong address is recorded.
