Great service! We have used them for a couple of projects and the experience has been great. No confusing baffle talk just straight forward and to the point. AT DLG Electronics we were new to EMC testing, this being our first product (a photographic process timer) that required it, and we approached the whole daunting subject with some apprehension. However Andy at EMC Testing UK made it very straightforward, with an immediate response to our enquiry about the testing required for EU and US (FCC Part 15) compliance and a very reasonable quote. When our unit was ready it we simply posted it to them, the testing was done within the next couple of days and a good clear report provided only a day or two later. Advice was also given on the product labelling requirements to comply with FCC Part 15 at no additional charge (along with sample label), and the unit returned to us afterwards.

Our unit passed first time but it was very reassuring to know that advice would have been provided on any modifications we might have needed to make if it had failed, as we have very little expertise in this subject ourselves.

As we produce specialist items for analogue photographic purposes we were concerned that our low volumes of a few hundred units would mean that the costs would be prohibitive for our business case, but this was not the case at all - we were pleasantly surprised at the price quoted.

Will definitely be using them again for our next products.
