Unprofessional. Sent information via contact details found directly on the website however the response was met with 'we are not instructed on this matter' rather than enquiring on how they may assist. Would not use such an arrogant service provider especially when dealing with personal or business matters.
Think it says a lot to only have 29 Google reviews in 7 plus years.
Give yourself 10 more minutes to search through different firms to find a place that has customer service and compassion as top priority.

We're a London-based design agency and recently instructed EM Law to create our client contracts. Having had fairly cold/ impersonal experiences with law firms in the past, we went into this process half expecting the same. We were wrong! Neil and the team were extremely friendly, informative and accessible throughout. Always happy to answer our numerous questions and revisions to the contract (when required) were made super-swiftly.
