We advise that if you live in South Africa & are not planning to store your will with ELM, email instead of snail is obviously the better option. If you are storing your will with ELM, you will need to use the services of a courier.

You are advised to check the first draft. It is possible there will be a second & third draft, go through them with a fine tooth comb

If you are looking for incompetence from a legal firm then please look no further than ELM legal services. If you want your Land Registry application to be delayed and not filed for 8 months and counting then ELM Legal Services are your people. If you want to be lied to and deceited then ELM Legal Services are for you. If you want to hand over money for services and not recieve them, then yes guess what ELM Legal Services will help you do just that.
