I honestly couldn't recommend Federica enough, we are very grateful for the service she provided us.

Federica helped us with the purchase of our first home. Being first time buyers we were very new to this but Federica guided us through the process, informing, explaining and updating us every step of the way and making the whole process stress free.

Federica was very quick to respond to my multiple emails to reassure or assist me with any questions I had no matter how small.

Fedrica Oliver and the team at Ellicots were excellent throughout our house buying and selling process. I was very impressed with Federica's service from start to finish. She was always professional, helpful, and kept me updated on the progress of my case. She also made the process as easy and stress free as possible, which we very much appreciated.

Federica dealt with my Dad's house sale and purchase. She was fantastic! very responsive, thorough, good advice, I really felt we were in good hands. Thanks to Federica's hard work and professionalism we were able to complete sale and purchase in time to benefit from stamp duty holiday with just a few days to spare. Super impressed. Ellicotts advertise as solicitors for the elderly, this is certainly not the case. They handled the will and probate for my father, they were totally inept and very expensive to do a simple probate. Staff changes in the middle did not help. When they did the will for my father they agreed to be executors and hold funds for his grandson until he was of age, they declined to do this and gave him the funds 4 years earlier than he was supposed to receive them, and apparently they had the legal right to do this.
Avoid at all costs.

Paul Mendelsohn and his team must be avoided at all costs! They waste time unreasonably and over charge for their services.
The guy gets beaten in legal cases by non-legal professionals, let's just leave it at that..
