Tracy is an absolute horror.
I mentioned to Tracy that I needed to see her and that I am first time buyer and have questions based on the document she sent over by email.
She responded that I should drop it over at the reception.
I followed up with, English is not my first language and I really have got few questions noted down to engage with.
She insisted the document is simple to comprehend and that there is no need to see her.
At this time feeling what is going on I put on my firm voice to ask her is that how she deal with client? Going into a deal in thousands of Pounds and it all has to be on the phone?
She just went, I am closing your file, I don't like the tone of your voice. She dropped the phone.
I really got hit by a car as I was very confused what has happened and forgot I was waiting for the green light to turn red.
I am still saying wow wow like what happened. It was supposed to be a very exciting day as I just received news of the approval of our mortgage by the bank and called to share with her as advised by the mortgage advisor but the cold is winter. First call on the phone was so cold but I didn't read a meaning out of that till this evening.
Well she may be in one of those bad days and I can't say more since am not on the other side to know what could be going on with her.

A poor company to deal with; I give them 2 stars because the purchase ultimately went through. Key considerations:
1 - No responses to e-mails and no support throughout the buying and selling process
2 - Unprofessionalism from staff
3 - Admin errors on paperwork (incorrect names)
4 - Delays with enquiries
5 - Poor customer service
I strongly advise against using EPL, and I would never use them again or recommend any friends or family to do so

I would never recommend having tracy wilson as your conveyance solicitor. She is very disrespectful and unwelcoming. She was not approachable at all and made us feel very uncomfortable whenever we made contact.

However Stephanie and Zeenitt have been amazing and every contact with them was warming and reassuring. Thank you both for your support along this stressfull journey.

Tracy is the last person you would want to be in contact with during this stressful and long procedure.

Pleasant to deal with and we got there in the end which is why I gave them 2 stars. They’re ok to arrange the legal pack for auction because it all HAS to be completed in 4 weeks. But for conventional conveyancing - go elsewhere unless you really want to string out a perfectly straightforward conveyancing to FIVE MONTHS. Won’t talk to you, or the other side’s solicitor on the phone, because they’re too busy. But doing what, I haven’t managed to establish, when stuff has lain on the desk untouched for nearly 3 weeks.
