Edit following owner response. I sent my concerns within the 24 hour window and sent evidence photos as soon as requested. Invoice was not sent for another 2-3 weeks after I followed up for a response to my complaint/evidence previously provided and asked if because I hadn't heard anything that meant I was not being charged! Only then did the invoices started being sent. Please note I have paid this invoice as it wasn't worth the stress. I am simply a customer who didn't receive the service quoted for but still expected to pay full amount and accept poor customer service.

Chloe was initially great. Came out promptly to quote for a deep clean. Advised price for a three hour deep clean. Cleaners were late which I can forgive but when they had finished and asked me to check I had to ask them to do elements they had not done (cobwebs, inside cabinets etc) they then left. After I checked again and there was more they hadn't done. I notified Chloe within the time frame specified on the website. She asked for evidence so I sent her photos. I then didn't get a response for two weeks until I followed up to which the response was that I didn't notify her in time and that the cleaners confirmed I was happy before they left neither of which are true, but when I pointed out facts my emails were ignored. I have since been badgered to pay the invoice via an automated system, my complaint has not been handled well at all, customer service is awful.

Really friendly, very responsive to messaging, and most importantly did a great job! The shower door, which I have tried for ages to get clean myself, is finally free of hard water (cue angelic chorus). Would definitely recommend.
