Nuestro gimnasio está diseñado para ser accesible y cómodo para todos. Tenemos un estacionamiento de coches gratuitos y un entrada accesible para silla de ruedas, así como una conexión Wi-Fi para que puedas conectarte con otros miembros del equipo mientras entrenas. Además, nuestro gimnasio es amigable con la comunidad LGBT+ y un espacio seguro para trasgénero.

I started at elevate gym 6 months ago with little to no experience of being in a gym, i had 4 PT sessions and nutrition advice which i was so thankful for. After 1 Month i moved on to Group coaching which i absolutely love! Tiff, the gym space the ladies that i have met have given me no end of confidence. the program is so easy to follow and Tiff is always about or reachable for help and advice. The space is lovely the equipment easy to use and the array of classes that are run here is great. i personally love her yoga class, but there is also pilates, barre. Anyone looking to start going to the gym or wanting to get back into it i highly recommend ELEVATE!! it really is amazing xx

The best gym I’ve ever used. A womens only studio, great atmosphere, equipment and vibes! I’ve never stuck with a gym membership for longer than the initial payment. I’ve been going to Elevate for nearly 2 years.
Tiff is a fantastic trainer, I had personal training with her to start, she is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, and encouraged me as I gained confidence, I continued to do this through my pregnancy, I am sure that my time in the gym pre-natal helped me through my labour. I am now on group coaching, which I started 8 weeks post-Partum,tiff remains on hand if I have any questions. ❤️

Tiff is an amazing PT she takes the time to truly invest in your personal needs and goals. She knows just how to motivate you in a kind and caring way. The beautiful studio aesthetic of Elevate and its intimate setting creates a cozy and welcoming vibe. Not to mention it's a women's only space, so you feel like you're apart of a community rather than just another gym goer. I couldn't recommend Tiff enough !

I cannot rave enough about this place. Tiff has created a welcoming, safe, supportive space to work out in, full of wonderful women who will be cheering you on from the sidelines every step of the way! Tiff’s expertise, approach to fitness and nutrition and vibe are THE BEST. The classes are the perfect balance of challenging and achievable. The gym is perfectly equipped, not so much you are overwhelmed but enough that you can do all the weight training and cardio necessary to work that bod. I have no regrets getting a membership here and don’t believe anyone else would either.

Training here is the best way I start my day! Love the place, love training with the girls and plenty of equipment to use. Tiff is friendly, helpful and makes you feel like you can achieve anything 😊
