Eldridges Solicitors was given the brief and totally understood the objective. They acted straight away and in a timely matter got this sorted. Excellent communication thoughout the process and when I got the final statement of costs I was pleasantly surprised.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very very rude, every time we phone the solicitors is either on the phone, in a meeting, out the office and despite promises after promises, we never ever get a return call. Week after week we are told exchange of contracts will happen this week. 7th week and we are no nearer. Lies and false promises every single time.

I went to Eldridges to sort out a will for both my wife and I, as I was due major surgery and wanted wills in place prior to the operation, we got an appointment and saw Adam Jessop who seemed very knowledgeable in this area. The wills were sent out for us to sign, however there was a couple of things I wanted to clarify before signing..
I phoned Eldridges and was told Adam would call us back, I waited two weeks and no response, I phoned a second time, stating the enquiry was getting urgent. I was told Adam would again call me back, another week has past and I have not heard anything, really disappointed with the after service which has let the company down
