I have used Elaines' services on a number of occasions over the past 20 years. She is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of Spanish law and all it's strange intricacies. Useless administration staff, but excellent knowledge and expertise from Elaine. When you employ a person as a first line contact, employ someone that knows what they are doing. Sadly, Amanda hasn't a clue.
If you like being frustrated waiting responses, use Standish. Otherwise use someone else.

We called to get a document urgently notarised . After 10 minutes on the phone answering the questions the receptionist told us that we had to wait a week. A fact she could have shared at the beginning.
