I would highly recommend eg.law for their services! Our mortgage adviser recommended them for the purchase of our first home and it was an excellent choice! Despite their workload, as I can only imagine incredibly packed, they were very responsive and reassuring throughout the whole process. We received updates on a regular basis and I particularly appreciate everyone's patience when answering all the questions that we had about various steps of the process and documents. Property purchases are notorious for dragging on for a long time, but honestly, eg.law did their absolute best to get everything through for us quickly and efficiently. I definitely felt in safe hands the whole time.

I’m updating my review again because, after months of back-and-forth, I still haven't received a proper response. I’ve had to chase multiple times, change my approach, and repeat myself, yet I’ve been mostly ignored throughout this entire process. The lack of accountability and communication is beyond frustrating.

I’m editing my review because your response is absolutely ridiculous.

You’re asking me to raise this issue during the three months it took to purchase the property, which makes no sense, as this problem concerns the condition of the property when I moved in. Even if I consider your suggestion, I did, in fact, raise this issue on the very same day I moved in.

Your response only reinforces my dissatisfaction and highlights the lack of accountability in addressing valid concerns.

I had a very frustrating experience working with EG.Law during my house purchase. Communication was consistently poor, with long delays and several of my questions ignored, leaving me feeling unsupported during critical moments of the process. I've been waiting for over a month for them to resolve an issue with the purchase, which has caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty—and it’s still unresolved. Despite sending numerous emails and even calling, my concerns have been ignored. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they promised to call me back but never did.

There was also a significant delay with the release of my LISA funds, which took nearly two weeks longer than it should have—at a time when every day mattered. On top of all this, I received an email about my deposit that seemed more focused on ensuring their fees were paid than addressing my concerns as a client.

Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend EG.Law for property transactions.
