Rudest receptionist ever

I have just called to enquire whether this firm would be able to represent mine and my brother's interests, in the sale of our late parents property which we have an offer on. Whoever answered that call needs some immediate retraining in etiquette and customer service .

I merely wished for a quote for a sale, and on beginning to take my details, was told we don't need probate (although we already have this), and that my brother who is the co-owner with myself, could sell the property himself. She did not listen to what I had said, was patronising, abrupt and eventually abrasive and ended with downright rude!

I had checked customer reviews, (one stating almost the exact same experience as I have such had), but I decided to pay attention to the positive reviews, however the negatives are spot on! I suggest you take care to retrain this horrendously inept employee before you lose further business and reputation.

The process of selling a childhood home is hard enough, without being spoken to in such a manner. I hope they have the call recorded.

AVOID! I reviewed them a couple of years ago and gave them 5 stars as they were excellent but would never use them again after an extremely rude receptionist who clearly didn't care if they got my business or not. Told me I was rude when I was merely asking when would be a good time to ring back rather than wait for her to ring me back at her convenience when I was unable to take calls most of the day due to work.
