My 82yr old stepmother was taken to this firm 10days after my father passed away to sign new LPAs. After an extremely distressing year for most parties involved, the OPG deemed that the LPAs were not validly executed by Mr Lambert as she lacked mental capacity. My concerns about safeguarding a vulnerable person & the firms lack of due diligence were raised in a complaint to Mr Edmondson in April 2024. I have had no reply to date.

A prompt appointment was made with Mrs. Lynda Allett regarding Lasting Powers of Attorney for me and my husband. Her knowledge and advice was excellent and she quickly prepared the required documents for our signatures.
The completed documents were submitted by her to the Office of the Public Guardian and we have heard back from them that the LPAs have been approved.
We have been very pleased with Mrs. Allett's service.
