I initially got into contact with Eco building compliance as I had some inexplainable drafts coming into my conservatory. I provide Ethan with a description of what the issue was and he got back to me straight away.. He came to the conclusion that I had some air tightness issues with my new extension.

We booked in a visit, and he and his colleague arrived on the day and time we arranged.

After setting all the kit up, they conducted the test and the issue was exactly as he predicted, we had an issue inside our new extension and conservatory. Ethan created a full report and talked me through every detail. After considering his recommendations we now have no draft at all and our home stays hot for a lot longer. Thank you Ethan.

Recently enquired with Ethan from Eco building compliance as I was having problems heating my home up and constantly had a high heating demand and expensive bills.

Ethan and the team booked me in for a visit the next week and done a full report on where I was losing heating due to draft and supported the claims with some thermal images and on site they also put on an air tightness test which allowed me to see for myself which was amazing!
