Omg was that made easy thank you guys. Explained everything that is needed and pointed out all the pit falls when buying the property. Made the exchange smooth as can be. If there was a 0 or negative scoring, I will give that.
So unhelpful, dishonest and negligence during my purchase.
I'm taking further actions since Eatons aren't willing to admit neglect and to solve the issues even after I have made so many attempts to try to get solutions.

Years ago we bought a property via Eatons and it did feel there was just the right amount of communication and support to get through the process . We are now returning customers and the experience in the recent weeks would best be described as dreadful. It feels chaotic and at times impossible to get response to emails sent. When you call, a secretary will advise you to put it in an email. The emails take a week if not longer to be responded to. Initial email sent to me included proposal of contact being arranged with me shortly afterwards... weeks down the line I never even spoke to my solicitor. I try not to leave negative reviews, but I think it's important for Eatons to recognise what it feels like to be their client on the receiving end and potential clients to recognise the support does not always run as smoothly as you'd hope to.

Eaton Solicitors dealt with the sale of my property and it was such an easy and smooth process. My Solicitor Yasser was amazing he kept intouch throughout the process and kept me updated. Just phoned this minute to tell them that my dad had died as his will is left there and spoke to someone who had no knowledge whatsoever of the probate process. Please engage empathy and common sense and think what someone is going through when a loved one has died.
No step by step process of what I need to do, or clear instructions. I said I would look online myself and put the phone down.

Got a quote. Tried replying to email address on quote to proceed. It bounced.
Called nunerous times, but solicitor was 'busy'. No return calls, and receptionist was useless.
Finally got through via email. Promised me progress day after and would sent email forms to complete next day.
Three days on and still nothing. Decided to go else where. Had similar experience when I bought a property 5 years ago theough them, gave them a second chance but even worse this time.
