I visited the store in Orpington and was greeted with a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady called Tyna she was so helpful and assisted me with everything I needed she certainly knows her stuff I highly recommend this store . I had to travel from Crawley as the staff there are unpleasant and frankly can't be bothered to help . Tyna was so kind and sat with me and explored my options thank you so much I look forward to working with you regards

I can’t speak highly enough of the amazing job Blake did assisting us with our bathroom project. We were blown away by the 5-star customer service we received, his professionalism, responsiveness and the drive to put things right if something goes wrong were impressive. We had an issue with the smart WC we purchased from EB and Blake kept on chasing the Customer Service department for months to make sure the issue gets resolved. We really didn’t expect such excellent after-sales service. Our bathroom and the cloakroom tiles look fantastic. We would definitely recommend the easy bathroom team to anyone who is looking for a personal service, great choice of products and high quality. Thank you Blake, you are a star!

After the staff member ordered totally the wrong sink and vanity unit we asked for a refund due to their incompetence 11 days later still waiting for a refund. Would not recommend or use again. Head office were no better.

The staff in this shop are superb. Well-trained, knowledgeable and patient. They actually keep your interests in mind. There is no hard sell - merely concern to find a product that will match your needs, taste and pocket. I very recently purchased from them a complete shower and all the necessary accessories, and, was able to leave these uncollected until I could find a plumber and a tiler.

I ordered a bath from Easy bathrooms - I was initially planning on ordering everything for a new bathroom from them, given our bathroom installer has a trades discount with them. Luckily I read the reviews first.

The customer service is very odd for the following reasons, and I would NOT recommend using this company based on my experience and the experience of others on here.

- As soon as I had paid for the item following my discussion with Tanya at the store, I was met with silence - there was no response to my 3 emails enquiring about delivery

- 2 weeks later, I received an email on a new email chain (i.e. ignoring the other 3 emails I had sent in the original chain) from Andre stating that their delivery team had tried to contact me but "the number provided was incorrect." They had not requested my number - they had requested other details, and when providing them via email I had stated "please let me know if there are other details you require." No reference was made by Andre to the 3 other emails I had sent. When I responded to Andre, I heard nothing back - ignorance again for something quite basic

- Upon phoning the delivery team, I was able to arrange the delivery date. I was informed that I would be contacted with a specific time slot for the chosen delivery day. This did not happen, and they simply showed up

- On the delivery day, I was asked to sign the paperwork - I said I would inspect the bath first. The delivery guy then quickly said "you'll have 2 days to check it" - however I still refused to sign until I had checked it - especially given the paperwork states that you need to immediately notify them and then contact them within 2 days.

- In addition, when asking the delivery guys x 2 if they were able to take the bath upstairs, they said no - which would usually be fair enough, but it was odd that he said "I can't even come in your home" - for a bath tub delivery this is peculiar. Luckily I was able to encourage him to simply step inside my home and place it in the hallway.

Overall, odd experience and I would not recommend Easy Bathrooms Orpington.

This is a rogue company do not waste your time and money. I bought tiles from Easy bathrooms orpington branch. I returned the tiles unopened because i decided to use wall panels for my shower instead . I was told they have no refund policy but was not made aware of this before payment and i saw no disclaimer notice at the store. The staff called Tracy in particular is a thieve. I paid cash and counted the right amount and gave her the money. Instead of counting the money herself she gave it to another staff to recount while distracting me. They later told me money given was less £100. Be warned use card for all your purchases and not cash. In short my advice is to avoid EASY BATHROOM ALL TOGETHER. I am now seeking legal advice to get my back

Very disappointed. In store when we made it clear we wanted to purchase, the man behind the desk was disinterested and rude. A £4000 spend and he offered no help, no assistance and was irritated when we asked basic questions or asked for advice.

The delivery was botched. The man turned up with the bath and said that was all he had for us. When I suggested we'd ordered many other items he said he didn't think so. Luckily I asked him to check his van and sure enough our items were all there. We'd have been left without if I hadn't insisted on checking.
The delivery man did then do a good job of unloading the items.

When the fitters arrived it became apparent that items had not been delivered. Fortunately I encouraged the fitter to check some things early on or we'd have been left with an incomplete bathroom. We then had to pay for the missing part - the water drain bit for a shower tray. Which you'd have thought is a basic component of a shower tray.

It was hugely frustrating that everything had to be purchased separately. Shower tray as above with no drain part. Sink unit with no taps. Toilet with no seat... Everything at an immensely expensive additional cost. Sure, we didn't have to pay it, but the upfront cost appears more reasonable until you get to the up-sell, by which point it feels too late.

The similarly overpriced cupboards were chipped and the doors don't close properly.

Really disappointed with our decision to use this company.
