Initially seemed helpful but then there was a total lack of communication and after they were a no -show on the arranged day My emails and phone messages were not answered so I appointed another contractor. Very unprofessional service from E2

Terrible service. I have had a sound test booked in for today , Tuesday 15th at 15.00 for a week now. My tenant took time off work especially to be home for this. But at two minutes to three, someone else rang me to say that the engineer was not now coming and was in Shropshire, an hour away! The engineer would have known therefore at least at 14.00 that he wasn't going to be able to make it to Malvern. So now I have to apologise to my tenant for the waste of his time - and mine and the sound test that I need to have done, won't be done. This is an appalling way to treat customers. I will find someone else, who hopefully will know how to treat their customers better.

We built our own home, asked E2 to pop over during the build for pre advice on the airtest. The engineer was exceptional. Very useful advice.
Asked them back for the test the following year and we passed with flying colors. They are very professional through and through. 10/10 Highley recommend!

John Ashe is a great consultant. We employed E2 consultants to carry out a SAP calculation. John was very helpfull as this was our first build and we hadn't realised how strict the regulations were. He helped us understand the regulations, requirements and helped to achieve building regulations. He helped us to achieve a pass for building regulations.

After seeing the ITV news last night and the thermal imaging video footage E2Consultants provided I decided to call them to ask if they could help me with my 1930s semi-detached house which was recently extended. Luckily for us one of the directors of the company Christian Walton-Evans was nearby also conducting a thermal survey. He visited our property today and not only found all our cold air leakage spots, he also discovered missing insulation in places in our boarded loft and even discovered a faulty actuator on our underfloor heating with his thermal camera.
