Absolute joke of a company very rude receptionist jobs too much for her sent in the deed number of my house year and half ago went to him at a later late no trace of them I’m not surprised by the mess of his office never returns calls anc when you do get through to him he forgets what your talking about how this company is still there baffles me and for his receptionist she needs to take lessons in customer service absolute time wasters all I can say Is god hell his clients run as far as you can,

After instructing this business to handle the surveyance of our new home, I was notified by our estate agent that E J Lavery had sent them an email stating they would not be representing us anymore because they are under investigation, we received no communication regarding this beforehand and since this happened more than 4 weeks into the process, has created a major set back for us and a much longer wait time before we can move in, absolute joke of a company, could not recommend them to anyone.

In a nutshell, a very poor standard of service, if any service at all, emails and phone calls are never returned, they just string you along with broken promises of 'jam' tomorrow......just can't recommend anything about this business, I truly can't.
You aren't guaranteed anything, so I would go elsewhere and take your hard earned money in that direction, that's the honest truth.
